A tour of your dashboard
Get oriented fast — what the sidebar, command centre, alerts, and Ask Lumai copilot do, and where to find each tool.
The lay of the land
Your dashboard is a command centre, not a single screen of charts. The home view gives you the pulse of your products — movers, your pipeline, and fresh opportunities — and the sidebar takes you into every tool.
Because LumaiScope is multi-platform, tools are labelled by where they apply (for example "Amazon PPC" or "Dropship Margins"). There's no mode to switch — you just use what's relevant to how you sell.
The sidebar
The left sidebar is grouped by the stage of work, so the tool you need is near the others you'd use around it:
- Research — Validator, Product Database, Demand Heatmap, Social Trends, and Keyword Research.
- Plan — Pipeline, Watchlist, and Compare.
- Build — Listing Studio and Sourcing (Supplier Finder, Negotiation, Launch Planner, Bundles).
- Operate — Monitoring (Tracker, Buy Box, Smart Alerts), Forecasts, Performance, and Competitive Intelligence.
- Settings — your plan, billing, and account connections.
The top bar
- Command palette — press Cmd+K (Ctrl+K on Windows) to jump to any tool or product by name without hunting through the sidebar.
- Notification bell — Smart Alerts surface here: BSR swings, Buy Box changes, and other events on the products you track.
- Ask Lumai — the AI Copilot. Ask a plain-English question about your data and it answers from your real numbers.
Where to start
If it's your first session, do these three things in order:
- Run a verdict in the Product Validator on a product you know, to see how scoring works.
- Add a few products to your Pipeline or Watchlist so the dashboard has something to track.
- If you sell on Amazon, connect your Seller account so the Performance tools light up with your own numbers.
Your plan controls how much you can do each month — for example, the Free tier includes 2 validations and 1 AI listing. Limits are monthly and reset each cycle, so you never lose access mid-month. When you hit a wall, the tool tells you which plan unlocks more.
