Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to building LumaiScope so every seller can use it.

Last updated: 16 June 2026

We want every seller to be able to use LumaiScope, including people who rely on assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level across the product, and we treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a box we have ticked.

To be straight with you: AA conformance is a continuing effort, not a finished certification. We have done real work toward it, and we are still improving.

What we have done

We build with accessibility in mind and have made deliberate improvements across the product, including:

  • Semantic structure, so headings, landmarks, and content order make sense to assistive technology.
  • Keyboard navigability, so core flows can be reached and operated without a mouse.
  • Visible focus states, so it is clear where you are when navigating by keyboard.
  • Reduced-motion support, which respects your system setting and limits non-essential animation.
  • Colour-contrast work across the product, with deepened text colours so small text stays readable against its background.
  • Screen-reader-friendly labelling on interactive controls, icons, and form fields.

Known limitations

We are honest about where we are not there yet. Areas we are still improving include:

  • Some dense data tables, where complex sorting, filtering, and inline detail are still being refined for assistive technology.
  • A few third-party embeds and components, where we have less direct control over the accessibility behaviour.
  • Full AA certification, which is ongoing and verified through manual screen-reader and keyboard QA in addition to automated checks.

We prioritise these the same way we prioritise everything else: by listening to the people who hit the barriers.

Reporting a barrier

If you run into an accessibility barrier anywhere in LumaiScope, please tell us. Email support@lumaiscope.com and describe what you were trying to do, the page or feature, and the assistive technology you were using if you can. That detail helps us reproduce and fix the issue faster.

We are committed to acknowledging accessibility reports promptly, working with you to find a path forward in the meantime, and remediating confirmed barriers as quickly as we reasonably can.
