Get your first product verdict

Run the Product Validator on a product you know to see a GO / Watch / Skip verdict and Deal Score in under a minute.

What a verdict tells you

The Product Validator is the fastest way to feel what LumaiScope does. You give it a product, and it returns a GO / Watch / Skip verdict plus a Deal Score, built from measured signals: current price, BSR, review count and rating, Amazon fees, and the seller landscape (how many sellers, and whether Amazon itself is one of them).

It's a judgment to weigh, not a promise. A "GO" means the measured signals look favourable right now — not that profit is guaranteed.

Run your first verdict

  1. From the dashboard, open the Product Validator.
  2. Paste an Amazon ASIN, a product URL, or type a product name. Tip: use something you already sell or have researched, so you can sanity-check the result against what you know.
  3. Submit and give it a few seconds — LumaiScope is pulling live product data, not reading from a stale cache.
  4. Read the verdict (GO / Watch / Skip) and the Deal Score at the top.
  5. Expand the breakdown to see which signals drove the score — price, BSR, reviews, fees, and seller landscape each contribute.

How to read the result

  • GO — the measured signals look favourable. Worth a deeper look at sourcing and margins.
  • Watch — mixed signals. Something (margins, competition, review wall) needs a closer look before you commit.
  • Skip — the signals point against it right now. The breakdown shows you why.
The verdict is one input, not the final word. Use the signal breakdown to understand the "why," then weigh it against your own costs, supplier quotes, and risk tolerance. The Deal Score reflects this moment — re-run it later and it can move as price and competition change.

What to do next

Once you have a verdict you like, keep the momentum going:

  • Add the product to your Pipeline or Watchlist to track it over time.
  • Open Sourcing to find suppliers on AliExpress and Temu and pressure-test your landed cost.
  • Use Compare to weigh it against two or three alternatives side by side.
