Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy describes how you may and may not use LumaiScope. It applies to everyone who accesses the platform and forms part of your agreement with LumaiScope, Inc. We keep it short and concrete so there is no guesswork.

LumaiScope is built to help you research products for your own selling business — validating opportunities, studying demand and keywords, monitoring listings, sourcing suppliers, and planning launches. Use it to make better decisions for the accounts and brands you operate.

Our data and AI output are a judgment to weigh, not a guarantee. We do not promise specific profits, rankings, or outcomes, and you are responsible for the business decisions you make.

To keep LumaiScope fast, fair, and available to every seller, the following are prohibited:

• Scraping, harvesting, or systematically extracting LumaiScope data, and reselling, redistributing, or republishing our data or reports as your own product or dataset.
• Automated or abusive querying — using bots, scripts, or other automation to access the service outside of any official API or interface, or sending traffic at a volume that degrades performance for others.
• Circumventing plan limits or controls — evading usage caps, rate limits, or feature gating by any technical or procedural means.
• Sharing accounts or credentials — letting people outside your business use your login, or reselling access to your account, except where a plan expressly permits additional team members.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to derive our source code, models, or underlying methods, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
• Using the service to violate Amazon's terms or those of any other marketplace, platform, or data source we rely on.
• Illegal, infringing, or harmful activity — including infringing intellectual property, misappropriating others' content, harassment, or anything that breaks applicable law.
• Attempting to breach security — probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of our systems without authorization, bypassing authentication, or interfering with other users' accounts or data.

If we believe you have violated this policy, we may take action proportionate to the issue — including throttling or blocking abusive traffic, issuing a warning, and suspending or terminating your account. For serious or repeated violations, or where required by law, we may terminate access immediately and without refund, and report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.

If you spot abuse of LumaiScope, a security vulnerability, or content that violates this policy, tell us at support@lumaiscope.com. Include enough detail for us to investigate — what you saw, where, and when. We take reports seriously and will follow up.
