What to email us about
- Support — something's broken, confusing, or not behaving the way you'd expect
- Billing — questions about a charge, an invoice, a plan change, or a refund
- Data requests — access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data
- Partnerships — integrations, co-marketing, or working together
- Press & media — quotes, background, or anything for a story

Response time
We aim to reply within 1–2 business days. If your message is about billing or something blocking your work, say so in the subject line — it helps us prioritise.
Before you email — quicker answers
A few things are faster to handle yourself than to wait on a reply:
- How-to and 'what does this do' questions — the Help Centre at /help covers the tools and common workflows
- Changing your plan — upgrade or downgrade in-app under Settings → Billing; existing subscribers are pro-rated automatically, no second checkout
- Updating your payment method or cancelling — use Manage Billing in Settings → Billing to open the Stripe Customer Portal
