FBA reimbursements
FBA reimbursements are refunds Amazon owes sellers when inventory is lost, damaged, or mis-charged inside Amazon's fulfilment network.
Warehouses occasionally lose or damage units, overcharge fees, or mishandle returns. Amazon will reimburse these, but often only if the seller or a tool audits the transactions and files claims within Amazon's time limits.
For an established seller, unclaimed reimbursements can add up to a meaningful amount of recoverable cash each year.
Why it matters
Reimbursements are money Amazon already owes you, and auditing for them recovers profit that would otherwise leak away quietly.
