Manage your account & export data

Update your profile and email, manage your plan and billing, and pull your research data out of LumaiScope whenever you need it.

Update your profile and sign-in details

Your account lives in Settings. Your name and email come from your sign-in (handled by Clerk), and your plan and usage live alongside it.

To update your details

  1. Open Settings from the menu under your name in the top-right corner.
  2. Go to the Account tab to edit your display name or profile.
  3. To change the email or password you sign in with, use the account/security panel — these are managed by our sign-in provider, not stored in LumaiScope's own database.
  4. Save. Changes take effect immediately on your next page load.
If you sign in with Google, your email is controlled by Google. Change it there, or contact us at support@lumaiscope.com if you need to move your account to a different address.

Manage your plan and billing

Plans are Free ($0), Starter ($14/mo), Growth ($29/mo), and Pro ($49/mo). Most limits — validations, AI listings, searches — are monthly and reset at the start of each billing cycle.

  1. Go to Settings → Billing to see your current plan and this month's usage.
  2. To change plans as an existing subscriber, pick the new plan in-app. Stripe pro-rates the difference on your next invoice — there's no second checkout.
  3. To update your card or view invoices, click Manage Billing to open the Stripe Customer Portal.
  4. New paid subscribers go through Stripe Checkout the first time they upgrade from Free.

Upgrades unlock the higher tier's limits right away. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal, so you keep the features you paid for through the end of the current period.

Export your research data

Your research is yours. Most data-heavy tools can export what's on screen so you can keep records or work in a spreadsheet.

  • Product Database, Watchlist, and Compare: export filtered results to Excel (.xlsx) from the export button on the results table.
  • Validator and Listing Studio: download the verdict or generated listing as a PDF or copy the text directly.
  • Monitoring (Tracker): export BSR history and Buy Box observations for the products you track.
  • Performance (P&L, PPC, Reimbursements): export reports to Excel or PDF for your own books.

What's stored on your account

At a high level, your account holds your profile and sign-in identity, your plan and usage counters, and the research you've created — saved products, watchlists, pipelines, tracked items, generated listings, and any Seller Central data you connected through the Amazon Selling Partner API.

Lumai AI narrates and analyzes this data — it never invents the numbers. Verdicts and scores are a judgment to weigh, not a guarantee.
